Day 1: Karnak Temple, Luxor Temple

Karnak Temple is located in a city of temples built over more than 2000 years. The main temple is dedicated to Amun, Mut, and Khonsu. Karnak is the largest religious temple complex in the world and was a pilgrimage destination for millions of people for 4000 years.

Visit Luxor Temple:
Luxor Temple is located near the Nile River. It was built by King Amenhotep III, who ruled between 1390-1353 BC, and is dedicated to Amun-Ra, the king of the gods, his wife Mut, and their son Khonsu.

Evening in Luxor
The first day ends with the spectacular sound and light show at Karnak Temple, followed by a luxurious hotel check-in for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: Valley of the Kings, Temple of Hatshepsut

Valley of the Kings
The second day begins with breakfast at the hotel, followed by a visit to the Valley of the Kings, where most of the tombs of the Pharaohs from the New Kingdom are located. The valley contains more than 75 tombs.

Hatshepsut Temple
Visit the Temple of Hatshepsut (Deir el-Bahari), one of the most beautiful royal mortuary temples. Also, don’t miss the colossal statues of the Colossi of Memnon, representing the great Pharaohs.
